Thank you for joining the (MJWWC) Michael Jackson WorldWide Community!
We've tried to make the site as easy to navigate as possible, but just in case, here are some answers to our most common troubleshooting questions:

* How do I manage the e-mail notifications that I receive?
In order to adjust your e-mail preferences, first click on "Settings" under your name in the upper right hand corner. Once you're on the My Settings Profile page, click the "e-mail" tab on the left hand side. Uncheck the notifications you do not wish to receive. Then click on "Clear My Follow List" to update your preferences.

* I created a group, but now it's gone. What happened?
(MJWWC) Michael Jackson WorldWide Community encourages everyone to create their own unique groups, but if a similar group has already been created, yours may be deleted. Also, if your group does not have at least 20 members after two weeks, it is subject to removal in order to not overcrowd the site.

* I uploaded some photos and/or videos, but now they're gone. What happened?
If your photo or video has inappropriate content, it can be removed.

* My forum threads and/or blogs got deleted. Why?
Any topics or comments determined to be too offensive or out of line will be removed to keep a sense of order and respect for all members.
